Who we are

NoCurfew Club is a party and event promotion brand in Providence, Rhode Island, operated by Juan Cortes ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect from people who join our list, follow our events, or text us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your first name
• Your mobile phone number, when you text our keyword or share it with us in an Instagram direct message
• Your Instagram username, when you interact with our posts or messages
• Messages you send us, including HELP and STOP replies
• Basic event records, such as whether you bought a ticket or checked in at the door

How we use it

We use your information to send you the event updates you signed up for: ticket release alerts, early access links, event-day details, and post-event photo announcements. We also use it to answer your questions and to honor opt-out requests.

Text messages

By texting our keyword or giving us your number, you agree to receive recurring event messages from NoCurfew Club at the number you provided. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of buying a ticket.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us send messages and run events (such as our texting and ticketing platforms), only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list. If you reply STOP, we stop messaging you right away and keep only the record needed to make sure you are not messaged again.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To ask what information we have about you or to have it deleted, text us at (401) 271-9846 or DM @no.curfewclub.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
