About these terms
These terms apply to NoCurfew Club's event list and text message program, operated by Juan Cortes, doing business as NoCurfew Club ("we," "us"). By joining our list or texting our keyword, you agree to these terms.
SMS terms
- Program: NoCurfew Club event updates, including ticket release alerts, early access links, event-day details, and post-event photo announcements.
- How to join: Text Y2K or JOIN to (401) 271-9846, scan the QR code on our printed flyer and send the pre-filled text, or share your number with us in an Instagram direct message after seeing these terms.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per week.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or text (401) 271-9846 with your question.
- Consent: Joining is optional and is not a condition of buying a ticket.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Events
Event details such as dates, times, venues, and lineups can change. Tickets are sold through our ticketing platform and are subject to that platform's terms. Age requirements and venue rules apply at the door.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
